Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscription purchases renew automatically using the payment method provided at checkout.

For the 1-pack mouth tape subscription, one pack containing 32 strips is billed and shipped every month.

For the 3-pack mouth tape subscription, three packs containing 96 strips in total are billed and shipped every three months.

Customers can manage, skip, or cancel their subscription through the Manage Subscription link in their customer account or subscription emails.

Cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next renewal. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or processed.

If a recurring payment fails, Shopify may retry the payment using the saved payment method. If all retry attempts fail, the subscription may be cancelled.

Product prices, shipping charges, billing frequency, delivery frequency, and any subscription discount are shown before checkout.
